MIAC- CAMACOL

The Miami International Arbitration Center (MIAC), an institution of the Latin Chamber of Commerce of the United States (CAMACOL), is domiciled at 1401 West Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33135, United States of America.
Our function is to provide administrative services for domestic and international arbitrations submitted to our jurisdiction. We also provide specialized arbitration services in domestic commercial arbitration, international commercial arbitration, maritime arbitration, environmental arbitration, investment arbitration, sports arbitration, technology arbitration, and other specialized matters.
The MIAC also promotes academic research and dissemination, accreditation, and ongoing training on topics related to arbitration, other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, dispute boards, and international trade.

STANDARD CLAUSES

ORDINARY ARBITRATION "Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this contract shall be determined by arbitration administered by the Miami International Arbitration Center (MIAC) of the Latin Chamber of Commerce of the United States (CAMACOL) - (MIAC-CAMACOL) in accordance with its Ordinary Arbitration Rules, Operating Regulations, and other institutional instruments".

EXPEDITED ARBITRATION "Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this contract shall be determined by arbitration administered by the Miami International Arbitration Center (MIAC) of the Latin Chamber of Commerce of the United States (CAMACOL) - (MIACCAMACOL) in accordance with its Expedited Arbitration Procedure Rules.".
