Ribbon cutting ceremony
The President of the Ana G. Méndez University System, José F. Méndez Méndez, and Dr. Luis A. Burgos, Chancellor of Florida Campuses, cordially request the pleasure of your presence at the ribbon cutting ceremony of the South Florida Campus' new facilities located at 15201 N.W. 79th Court in the city of Miami Lakes, FL. The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, September 27th at 9:30 a.m. The new state-of-the-art 50,000 square feet campus will help further the AGMUS mission of promoting cultural, social and economic development of the local South Florida community.
The Ana G. Méndez University System is honored to be the first university in the city of Miami Lakes that offers a unique dual-language education program. It is the only University System in the United States where all classes are taught one week in English and one week in Spanish. AGMUS was founded almost 70 years ago in Puerto Rico and is the largest non-profit private university system on the island with approximately 44,000 students. In 2003, the System opened its doors for the first time in the U.S. It currently has campuses in Orlando, Dallas, Maryland, Tampa and South Florida and has graduated students from more than 28 different countries.
We hope you will be able to celebrate with us this historic moment for the Ana G. Méndez University System in South Florida. Please R.S.V.P. your attendance by September 20th to: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 954.376.4800
